KTM announce worldwide partnership with ATHENA

Sports motorcycle specialist KTM have announced a worldwide partnership with parts manufacturer Athena who are best known for their cylinders, gaskets along with their GET technology products that have been used by KTM to maintain and monitor the on-track activities of their factory teams.

Chain lube is always an important care product to own, however as the weather gets warmer all the wear from the winter will really show in your chain as the links dry out. MOTUL have supplied us with 'Off Road' and 'Road' chain lubes, it’s not hard to guess which one's for what is it?!

Athena 183cc cylinder kit for Yamaha YZF R125 etc.

Now in stock from Athena are the long awaited 183cc cylinder kits for Yamaha 125cc 4T learner legals. They fit Yamaha YZF R125’s and WR125’s, both great looking bikes but both lacking in the power they deserve. The kit takes the capacity up to 183cc with the new aluminium nickel-carbide plated barrel and cast-lite piston. Also included in the kit is a new ECU that remaps the rpm curve bringing power straight in at 5000 rpm and holding out right through to 10500 rpm. The dyno shows a peak power of 17.1 hp at just under 9000 rpm.

The next step is to fill out all the details:

Step 1: Advert Information - this is the essential info that people will see alongside a photo of the bike you're selling. It's best to keep the wording factual and straight to the point. Think of key points that might help sell your bike. Input your contact details then select how long you want the add to be displayed for, you have a choice of 7 or 14 days.

Step 2: Vehicle Information - our manufacturer and model list is quite comprehensive, simply select what it is you're selling from the drop-down menus. If the make or model isn't listed, click on 'Specify your own' and fill out the boxes. Proceed to input the rest of the details.

Step 3: Vehicle Features - this section is basically an itemised list of features that you can select using tick boxes. If you want to be more specific about any upgrades and so on you can add this info within the Description in Step 1.

Step 4: Images - This is where you can add a photo of what you're selling. You can't advertise anything on Scooter Exchange without any pictures. You can upload up to five images directly from your computer. Once you're satisified with all the details in your advert, click on 'Continue' to submit your advert to us.
