Polini Hi-Speed variator for 4T Peugeot Speedfight 3 / SYM 50

Keeping up with the times Polini have developed a new HI-SPEED variator dedicated to four-stroke Peugeot and Sym scooters.

The new HI-SPEED variator kit includes rollers, compressing spring and clutch spring and offers improved starts and power output across the rev range even on 50cc displacements. The new half-pulley, die cast in light alloy of high siliceous content, is manufactured with new inclinations of the roller sliding surfaces. The compression spring also has a balanced charge which improves the power output at every rpm.

The stealth MK Series exhaust system is now available for Peugeot vertical and Minarelli horizontal engine scooters. Designed to give good performance gains whilst remaining fairly standard in appearance and sound the MK series has proved to be extremely popular so far with other models.

Polini 9 Roller Evolution 3 Hi-Speed Variator Kit

This is the latest version of the extraordinary nine roller variator kit from Polini. The main improvement is a lubrication system that features a case hardened nickel bush pin with a large internal pocket that contains a special grease. The addition of a spring inside the internal pocket allows the grease to distribute evenly on the pin even under extreme racing conditions. There are other changes too like the new nylon and aramidic fibre coated rollers to further help roller sliding. All in all, this kit will not only improve transmission effectiveness, it will enable lower service intervals too.

Available soon for Piaggio / Minarelli 50-94cc engines.
